The Values Coaching Canvas (VCC) is a non prescriptive framework designed to guide you through a thought process that will help you reflect on how values can help you achieve your goals. It will guide you to explore where you are today, where do we want to be and the journey to cross that bridge by connecting with the values that will help us get there.
The recommended structure invites us to navigate the following steps:
Openness: Visualize the context.
Courage: Start doing something about it.
Focus: Avoid distraction.
Respect: See myself as capable.
Commitment: Commit to the goal.
Insights: Reflect on discoveries.
