The Sunny Side of The Team

The Sunny Side of The Team offers a bright and simple way to run a warm-up at the beginning of a training session with a new group.

To get to know each other, each person is asked to do three things:

1. Write their name on a yellow sticky note

2. Place an emoji by its side reflecting the way they feel or the way they see themselves (as indicated by the trainer)

3. Write their answer to the question in the middle of the circle (written by the trainer prior to the session) on the blue sticky note next to the one with their name

The skills at using Miro required to do so are basic, which allows using this template even with people who don't boast Miro user expertise.

The visual image of a yellow circle evokes associations with a circle of friends and a warm atmosphere, thus making everyone feel welcome from the start.
