The Team Work Canvas is a thinking tool to help your team to develop practical ways to identify principles and practices for how you work across common operating themes.

How to use this canvas

• Choose a theme to address (we recommend starting with Team Agreements)

• Use the guiding questions provided to have a discussion with your teammates

• Find practices to try out with the aim of amplifying enablers and/or dampening inhibitors

Outcomes

• Reflection on how the team works and re-alignment

• Deliberately designed ways of working for your team

• Starting point for experimentation on how you work together
