A retrospective mailbox is great for (long) iterations as it offers the opportunity to lay aside things for a while and stay focused. It helps to remember thoughts, ideas, feelings, and impressions when needed.

It might be useful for teams doing anything in an agile way, being familiar with retrospective meetings.

Use this mailbox to gather input for your next retrospective meeting. Doing so you don't need to gather data at the beginning of your retro but can start discussing things and generate insights right away.

The usage is as simple as:

1. Set up and share this Miro 'retrospective mailbox' at the beginning of the iteration.

2. Take notes on stickies whenever you think something's relevant.

3. Insert your stickies into your 'retrospective mailbox'.

4. During your next retrospective go through the notes and discuss them.
