Repeat - Retro Format

This format can be used to do the retro in case of a total failure sprint. If a lot of backlog is 'Not done' and has to be taken in the next sprint, then they can use this format to generate insights on assumptions taken during planning. So they avoid failures in the next or future sprints. The team can know what assumptions have impacted the sprint outcome.
