The template flow is intended for Setting OKRs for a given period of time, with particular focus on defining the Objectives, setting SMART targets and identifying the most relevant and feasible Deliveries. It also throws in the Effort/Impact matrix to help you and your team tease out the most valuable activities and when to tackle them. Product teams setting up the goals together and looking to increase ownership will benefit from this the most.
