Floor Plan Template
Works best for:
Operations, Workshops
Maybe you’re planning a big occasion or event. Or maybe you’re arranging seating structures and traffic flows that are more permanent. Either way, creating a floor plan—an overhead scaled diagram of the space—is equal parts functional and fun. This template will let you visualize how people will move about the space and know quickly if the space will do what you need, before you commit time, money, or resources. And you’ll be able to get as detailed as you want—finding the right measurements and dimensions, and adding or removing appliances and furniture.
Scenario Planning Template
Works best for:
Planning
The Scenario Planning Template simplifies the complex process of strategizing and envisioning various future scenarios. The template’s clear structure helps teams and individuals effectively navigate the multifaceted steps of project planning and execution. A standout benefit of this template is its capability to foster structured thinking. With its distinct sections ranging from definition to action, it ensures that ideas are organized coherently, promoting logical progression and reducing the chances of oversight, making the planning process both efficient and comprehensive.
One Pager Template
Works best for:
Project Management
One-page project summaries are essential tools for synthesizing complex information into a clear and concise format. They offer significant benefits by enhancing team alignment. By distilling the core elements of a project or idea onto a single page, these summaries facilitate a shared understanding among team members and stakeholders. This shared understanding is crucial, especially in fast-paced environments where clarity and quick comprehension of key project aspects can dramatically improve decision-making and coordination. The structured yet flexible design of these summaries allows teams to focus on what truly matters, reducing miscommunication and increasing the efficiency of project execution.
Parking Lot Matrix Template
Works best for:
Project Management, Ideation, Meetings
When the creative energy is flowing, a workshop or meeting will yield a lot of new ideas — but not all are on-topic or currently feasible. Roll them right onto a parking lot matrix, a simple, effective tool for separating the best ideas from those that are promising but could use more research or discussion. This template will let you easily make your own parking lot matrix, which will come in especially handy during long meetings (and when you have teammates who tend to go off-topic).
Strategy Diamond Template
Works best for:
Leadership, Operations, Strategic Planning
To achieve key objectives, every business assembles a series of strategies. But what elements should you consider when building a strategy? A strategy diamond is a collection of elements forming a coherent business strategy. These elements include: Arenas, Differentiators, Vehicles, Staging, and Economic Logic. Most strategic plans focus on just one or two of these elements, creating gaps that might cause problems for your business later on. A strategy diamond can help you stay focused and ensure you’re fulfilling all of your business’s needs rather than one or two.
Monthly Planner Template
Works best for:
Operations, Strategic Planning, Project Planning
To knock out every task and accomplish every goal for the month, it helps to take a big picture, 10,000 foot view of things—meaning a 30-day view. That’s why a monthly calendar can come in so handy, especially on bigger projects. Use our template to create a visual representation that helps you track and space out every deadline and to-do, both for individuals and full teams. You’ll even be able to customize it your way, with images, video, and sticky notes.
