Prioritized Product Roadmap
This is a template that you can use for creating a prioritised product roadmap.
This is a template that you can use for creating a prioritised product roadmap.
To kick off, follow this sequence:
Brainstorm all the product features in the area “New issues & ideas” by creating Miro “cards” (keyboard shortcut “D” and then mouse click).
Refine each card – preferably together with a team of experts – with as much information as possible:
Add the title
Add description
Add deadline (if any)
Add milestones
Size the issue (follow the size guide in template)
Run a session with strategy decision-makers and other important stakeholders where you decide on:
The team who will conduct the the work (change the colour of the card to the colour of the respective team – add colours in the legend)
Clarify any other information provided in the card description (milestones, deadline)
Decide on the priority of the card by placing it in the matrix in the most appropriate cell based on when the work should happen and what is the priority of the feature
If the card is placed in the red square – decide on the relevant row and move the card through the KANBAN board based on its progress

Bull's Eye Diagram Template
Works best for:
Diagrams, Project Management, Prioritization
When you’re a growing organization, every decision can feel like it has make-or-break consequences—which can lead to decision paralysis, an inability to prioritize, inefficient meetings, and even low morale. If that sounds like you, put a Bull’s Eye Diagram to work. True to its name, a Bull’s Eye Diagram uses a model of concentric circles to help companies establish priorities, make critical decisions, or discuss how to remove or overcome obstacles.
Process Map Template
Works best for:
Agile Methodology, Product Management, Mapping
Process mapping allows you to assess, document, and strategize around any plan or approach your team has put in place. It’s a useful tool for eliminating or preventing blockers. Organized by stages, a process map enables your team to divide up a process or system and record deliverables and action items at each stage of the process. By breaking down the objectives, activities and deliverables at any stage of a project, you can gain insight into whether you are on track or effectively working through a problem.
Workshop: How to Build a User Centric Roadmap

Use it to align your team around user-centric goals, ensuring your product development efforts are driven by real user insights. Ideal for product managers and teams looking to enhance their product's user experience and ensure it meets customer expectations effectively.
Timeline Template
Works best for:
Project Management, Flowcharts, Project Planning
A timeline displays a chronological order of important dates, and scheduled events. Timelines help product managers, project managers, and team members tell visual stories about progress and obstacles. Timelines enable teams to see at a glance what happened before, what progress is happening now, and what needs tackling in the future. Projects or products with specific purpose or deliverables should be based on a timeline to be successful. Use the timeline as a shared reference for start dates, end dates, and milestones.
