Its a New Year and many of us set personal goals and new years resolutions. Why don't we set similar goals for us as a Team or a project?

In this Workshop Teammembers can be open about their goals for the new year, the goals they would have for the Team as well as the project overall. This enables them to connect over the goals, supporting each other and to discuss how the goals can be reached together, why they want to reach them and when they are satisfied with the outcome.

No excuses this year, you are in this together! :)
