This workshop combines the MoSCoW canvas, followed by a Ponderation exercise.

You're building a product and just finished your ideation process, and now you have a set of features?
You need to create your roadmap to create your milestones for your product process and start your sprint?

The MoSCoW prioritization framework was developed by Dai Clegg while working at Oracle in 1994.

The ponderation exercise allows each talent to rate the feature based on their expertise (User needs, technical feasibility, Business needs...).
