Magic Estimation

Magic estimation is a powerful tool leveraging the collective knowledge of the team and producing more accurate estimates. You can estimate an entire backlog within an hour. Magic estimation helps you to limit discussions, saves time and reduces risks. First you need to choose a small, reference story with the team. Afterwards the team can start estimating in SILENCE and relatively to the chosen story. You can also use this technique on portfolio level with Epics. See the following steps on the board.
