This activity is the Rituals Quick-Start adapted from the book Great Mondays, this exercise helps strengthen your organization's culture synapses by identifying which relationship-building rituals exist and which need to be created.

How to Use.

1️⃣ The first activity walks you through identifying existing rituals and writing new rituals.

2️⃣ Then, you’ll evaluate those new rituals.
