Each participant indicates their level of commitment—from a closed fist (no alignment) to five fingers (full commitment)—by placing a dot with their initials on the corresponding hand.

This visual snapshot reveals the group’s overall readiness and surfaces differing perspectives early. Use it to:

Gauge alignment and confidence in key decisions
