This is a retro template based on the "Five Dysfunctions Retro" made by the ever incredible Chris Stone (thanks Chris!).

In this one, our team of fantasy adventuring team members (see my profile to find out more about this epic team adventure) do a self-assessment based on a method devised by Patrick Lencioni.

I have done this one multiple times with different teams and it always leads to great conversations and new insights. Word of warning: it could easily take multiple hours to go through it all, so plan your session accordingly or prepare to split it up into multiple sessions when this happens to your team too.
