About the Daily Stand-up Meeting template

How to use the Daily Standup template
Choose a Leader. Start the meeting by choosing a team member at random using the spinner wheel to run the session. This keeps the responsibility shared and the meeting dynamic.
Capture Individual Updates. Each team member grabs sticky notes to summarize what they worked on yesterday and what they plan to work on today.
Organize Work on the Kanban. Move the sticky notes for "yesterday" and "today" into the appropriate columns of the Kanban board. You can assign tasks by dragging team member avatars onto the cards, making ownership clear.
Highlight Blockers. If any task is blocked, move the corresponding card to the dedicated "Blockers" lane. This makes impediments immediately visible to the entire team so they can be addressed.
Summarize and Define Next Steps. Use Miro AI to automatically generate a summary of the meeting and draft next steps. For topics requiring longer discussion, add them to the "Parking Lot" to be handled outside the standup.
End with a Temperature Check. Before finishing, have each team member share how they feel using the temperature check scale, from "Struggling" to "Thriving". This quick check-in helps gauge team morale and preparedness.
