Report

This Template for agile leaders, like Scrum Masters and Product Owners, uses a user story refinement model called FLUID, which is a comprehensive way of prioritizing and collaboratively refining requirements for agile teams.  It guides a refinement activity and produces an assessment of how ready an item is for development, as well as suggested next steps.

FLUID stands for:

  • Fresh - Gauging currency and relevance.

  • Linked - Describing the value proposition and desired outcomes.

  • Understood - Assessing Desirability, Feasibility, and Viability

  • Inducted - Generating potential solution options across a range of use cases.

  • Deducted - Determining how to slice items and which solutions to attempt.

FLUID is part of a custom-built toolbox called Liquid Agility. A prioritization framework called Prioritization with JUICE is also available in the Miroverse as a Sidekick.
