How to use the Impact/Effort Matrix (Eisenhower) template
Create your task overview. Start by adding all your team's tasks, to-dos, and ideas as sticky notes in the brainstorming space.
Sort your tasks. Work with your team to drag and drop each sticky note into one of the four quadrants: Urgent & Important (Do first), Less urgent but important (Schedule), Urgent but less important (Delegate), or Neither urgent nor important (Don’t do). Use dot votes to build consensus if there are disagreements.
Generate an action plan. Once your tasks are sorted, click the “Run” button. Miro AI will automatically read the sticky notes and convert them into a structured action plan in a table format.
Assign owners. Review the action plan with your team. To assign tasks, simply drag and drop team members’ avatars from the people panel directly onto the items in the table.
