What's your spooooky name?

In this halloween themed icebreaker, get your participants to create their own spooky name. You do this by combining the spooky adjective word corresponding to the first letter of your name with the villain character's name corresponding to the date you were born and the food item corresponding with the month you were born.

For example, if Clyde was born on the 2nd of November, my spooky name would be Witchy Frankenstein Churros.
