Womxn at work retrospective
This board is meant to be a safe space to learn and reflect about women at work, and the challenges they face. The aim is to raise awareness and collaboratively learn what can we do to avoid discrimination of women at work and in our day to day.
This board could be a useful tool for teams that would like to look into their work culture. Alternatively, this template would also be beneficial for a regular Agile retrospective that addresses the topic of women at work.
How to use the Womxn at work retrospective board
Step 1
Read about how women are still dealing with discrimination in their personal and work environments. (5 minutes)
Step 2
Reflect on your work environment and the culture of your company related to what you learnt in the previous step.
Individually write as many banners as you want about what you think your company/colleagues needs to keep doing, stop doing and start doing

Share as a group and discuss the topics written in the banners section by section.
