The inspiration for this board came from this post: https://dandypeople.com/blog/cynefin-simulation-create-aha-feeling-20-min-plan-deliver-complex-situations/ Most are familiar with Dave Snowden's Cynefin Framework. I wanted to run the game virtually for an offshore team. I have tried to replicate the workshop as best I can. Go ahead and use, improve, and re-share for the benefit of the Miroverse!
