Workshop Steps

1️⃣ Map the current state – Populate the picture with teams, products/services, and value streams

2️⃣ Identify misalignments – Spot silos, disconnects, and inefficient hand-offs

3️⃣ Analyze value flow – Assess whether teams are aligned to value delivery and strategic OKRs

4️⃣ Define improvements – Brainstorm and prioritize actions to enhance flow, collaboration, and alignment

5️⃣ Agree on next steps – Identify follow-ups for sustainable improvements
