What do I need?
Analytics on your users. For example:
Number of users interacting with your application
Number of sessions those users create
Screens or web pages that they visit
Stakeholders
Post-it notes or Miro Board
How do I proceed?
Gather and unpack analytics on customer usage and behavior:
Login
Percentage of task completion
Active users
Length of session
