Why I started tracking my impact
Early in my career, I realised that when managers changed, my contributions often got lost. Handoffs were incomplete, and I had to constantly reintroduce myself and my value.
This taught me that being self-aware and documenting my impact wasn’t optional – it was essential. Tracking my achievements gave me clarity, confidence, and ownership over my growth.
