3. Actions for stopping bullets: let´s stop the bullets as Neo does, input some actions items for continous improvement as a team

4. This is Zion and we are not afraid: the main phrase that keep us together fighting against the problems in the sprint, say thanks to the team, since without them we could not have achieved a successful sprint.
