This board is designed to cover the essential areas of the scrum retrospective ceremony. With the Sprint as the thanksgiving turkey, it helps to answer questions such as how big was our turkey? Did our turkey make it to done? Did we have the right ingredients? There is also a space for action items and ownership of the said item(s) for accountability. It is a fun, relatable retro that all the team members can participate in.
