Testing Responsibilities Workshop

If you have trouble to define testing process within your Scrum team, this Board would help you during the team workshop. You will be able to identify different testing types, roles that are involved and responsibilities for each role in testing process.

Fist step would be to define different testing types together with the team (unit test, regression test, functional etc.). Use sticky storm for it.

Next step would be to define which role is in charge for each test type. Place each sticker from test type backlog to each column/role.

Last step, divide in three teams and discuss about responsibilities for each role. Each team will have one role to define responsibilities. Share your conclusion with the team and get feedback from other teams.

When you have roles and responsibilities, include them in your process and in your team rules!
