The template is about doing an agile team retrospective based on J.R.R. Tolkien's "The Lord of the Rings." It is made for a group of nerds with the dimension of a scrum team of ten or fewer people.
Rule #1
Use your language (no dark language of Mordor is allowed).

Put the post in the most appropriate area with your feedback on the sprint.

use hashtag @ to mention teammates (the fellowship of the ring) or # to mention topics.
