Team Decision Cards With Roles

Use this template to help the team align and discuss some unclear responsibilities and who are the decision-makers in such instances, using cards to lighten the process.

INSTRUCTIONS

Everyone gets one set of cards with their role (copy/create more from the deck if needed).

1. Write all the decisions to be discussed in sticky notes (one decision per note) in the top frame.

2. Once all decisions have been listed, bring the first one in the black panel "decision to be made".

Each participant then picks the card they think most appropriate on where they see themselves in the decision-making, and places their card on the black panel at the same time. If everyone agrees on who should make that decision, the agreement is set, and it should be recorded on the sticky note. If not all cards agree, the team discusses until agreement is made.

3. Move the decision (sticky note) in the agreement section.

4. Then everyone resets their card in their virtual deck, and next decision is brought for the team to repeat the process, until all decisions are set to agreements.
