Passion
What passion do you share? What connects and moves you? What makes you happy?
Values
Do you share similar values? Even different values can complement each other well but should be discussed. You need to know which values you want to live. What are the 3 - 5 most important values for you and what do they mean to you? Define it in detail and which behaviors are behind it.
Purpose
Equally important for your team should be the purpose. What is your higher purpose, your why, your broad contribution to social life? What is your purpose?
Superpowers
What are your Superpowers? Why are you the right ones to work on your idea?
Hats
Who takes what responsibility? Who fulfills which role? In the best case, you distribute all roles. One person can also wear several hats. Who takes care of what? It is better if not everyone is responsible for everything.
The template can also serve as an additional motivation for the team. It is very helpful in the context of startup teams and innovation teams.
