Sustainability Kickoff

We developed this template as part of an initiative to make our company more sustainable.

Teams can use it to check their products and their actions for various aspects of sustainability.

On the one hand, the template can be used for a kickoff in which the team can focus on the topic of sustainability and plan the first steps. On the other hand, regular retrospectives with a focus on sustainability can also be implemented with it.
