Superhero Retrospective Session

Make everyone in your team feel like superheroes, no matter the skill. This board has everything you need for your team retrospective ceremony, and it's all superhero-themed!

It starts with a super fun ice breaker where every participant creates their own superhero, then we go through the classic retrospective topics: What the team Liked, Lacked, & Learned.

At the end there is a wrap up activity that involves praising each other. Team members recognize others' "superpowers", or particular skills they have shown on the project (or elsewhere).
