Super Mario Retrospective

Jump into the world of Mario, Luigi and others in this retrospective template. Try out a new way of retrospecting with the Constellation retrospective technique, a dynamic and fun way to evaluate how the sprint went: Constellation Retrospective Technique

1. A team member makes a statement and drags it to the middle

2. Team members drag their character and/or a related statement to the constellation area. They put their character/statement close to the statement if they agree and far away if they disagree.

3. Timebox the discussion for 5 minutes. Agree to continue the discussion if needed.

4. Gather action points if needed.

5. Go to the next team member with a new statement.

6. Continue the retrospective until the scheduled time is up.
