How to integrate the template into your work
Build a rough set of 5 to 10 markers in a workshop to start your way into agile strategy.
Use the Strategy Hexagon as a guiding light within your weekly strategy synchronization. This helps you identify emerging strategic patterns and evaluate options against strategic markers.
Review the markers every one to two months to ensure your organization adapts to inside and outside change.
