Strategic Prioritization
A better and simpler way to set your strategic priorities.
In a workshop setting you can assess each project using three indpendent factors: objectives/goals, timing and resources and people.
Each priority is assigned to one of three categories based on those variable factors - the categories are:
1. Critical - objective and time are fixed, resources will have to flex
2. Important - objective and time may have to flex, resources are fixed
3. Desirable - objective is fixed, but time and resources may have to flex
This board takes this concept and represents it in a visual and collaborative way, so with your team you can define and categorize each initiative and then allocate resources together, removing the arbitrary ranking of priorities, subjective opinion and conflict.
