🎯 What are the goals of this framework?

Using an agile, fast and low-cost approach to:

  • Uncover good matches between Unique Value Propositions and Market Segments

  • Understand acquisition channels and their costs

  • Validate revenue and scalability potential

  • Get closer to Product-Market Fit

In this workshop, your team will be brainstorming on Unique Value Propositions (UVPs) and Market Segments. You should do the exercise alone and then discuss your ideas together. In the end, the most voted UVPs and Market Segments will come together in the matrix, where you'll decide which experiments to run, in order to validate each combination of UVP and Market Segment. This will help you decide on which combination(s) to focus on.

With our experience of building and growing products, as well as mentoring other startups, we've built this framework and iterated it along the years. This is the setup that has worked the best for us and our community.
