Stakeholders Alignment Session
Assumptions and visions of stakeholders might occasionally clash, therefore this session brings stakeholders together in one place to align their ideas and assumptions and arrive at solutions and assumptions that will lead to product agreement.
How it works:
Prepare an introduction as well as any papers or reports that are currently relevant to the product.
Assign each stakeholder a distinctive color.
On the first board, Stakeholders record any opportunities and problems with the product
On the second board, Stakeholders make notes about the potential solutions to their assumptions about product possibilities and difficulties, not just their assumptions but other stack holders' assumptions in general.
In the third board, Stakeholders assess the observations pertaining to the solutions by transferring them from the second board to the third board in the areas displayed.
On the fourth board, Stakeholders prioritize notes using MSCOW method.
Notes:
Each stage receives a ten-minute allotment, with the possibility of an additional few minutes.
If the stakeholders disagree on something, the "voting board" is employed.
