This template allows you to organize your key stakeholders by their priorities, interest and power levels, and identify their stakeholder persona.

How to use this template:

- Use the table to organize your key stakeholders by their priorities/objectives, power and interest levels. Use the imaginary examples as a guide.

- Place stakeholders in their respective categories on the Power-Interest matrix.

- Refer to the table below the graph for instructions on how to manage each stakeholder persona.
