1. Ask your team members to map the current state of their professional profile in the matrix.
2. Ask them how they want to grow and how they see as professionals within a certain timeframe.
3. Ask them to map their ideal state in the second matrix.
4. Based on that matrix, ask them to write their professional goals.
5. Discuss all processes with each one.
