Seating Chart Template
Welcome to our Event Seating Chart Template, a powerful tool designed to help you effortlessly organize and manage seating arrangements for your event. Whether you're planning a wedding, conference, or any other gathering, this template is here to simplify the process and ensure a seamless experience for both you and your guests.
Step 1:
Import your guest list into the board
Copy the cells containing your guest list from the spreadsheet you're using.
Paste the cells into the board by pressing Ctrl + V (for Windows) or Cmd + V (for Mac).
Choose "Paste as sticky notes" to import each cell as a separate sticky note.
Each sticky note represents a guest, making it easy to manage and arrange seating.

Choose your table shape
Step 3:
Arrange tables according to your venue layout
Copy and paste your tables into the venue space
Include elements of the space, such as the dance floor, stage, entryways, etc. to represent the layout accurately
If available, import a blueprint of the venue's layout into the board for added precision.
Step 4:
Drag your sticky notes to the tables
Drag and drop the sticky notes representing your guests onto the tables.
Experiment with different seating arrangements by moving the sticky notes around.
Utilize the different colored sticky notes to identify special requests and accommodate them accordingly.
