Scrum Values Retro

This retrospective template helps Scrum teams to focus on the Scrum values Courage, Focus, Openness, Respect and Commitment, and how they use them in their work.

It explains the Scrum values (good for people new to Scrum or as a recap). It then asks team members to share how they think they live the Scrum values in their day to day work, and which of the Scrum Values they identify most with.

The template then moves on to the team view, looking at how the team as a whole lives the Scrum Values, where they're already doing well and where and how they could improve.
