RETROulette

This is just another way of facilitating a retrospective, but it offers some sense of tension due to that nobody knows who will be the next to speak, or on what topic. There are also some challenges that might appear... :-)

You as a facilitator just need to give the participants some time to write down 1-3 things for each category for 10-15 minutes, then you're ready to go.
