How to use this board:

1. Set the stage: Ask for participants to create their own monsters ( this can also be found as a separate Miro board ( https://m.turbidity.top/miroverse/icebreaker-create-your-monster/)

2. Gather insights: find answers to four questions:

   1. Good things: What was good in this sprint?

   2. The Downfall of Us All : ( What unfortunate events happened this sprint? What do we regret? Where did we drop the ball?

   3. Better of this way: what did we improve on since the last sprint?

   4. This is the house that doubt built? What are we unsure of? What should we investigate?

3. Generate insights: We Got this This activity is done sequentially, so do not show all questions from the start.

   1. If we had completely ruined it in the last iteration, what could we have done? ( go for the worst of the bad scenario)

   2. What would be the opposite of that?

   3. What keeps us from doing this ( the opposite)

   4. Why is it like that?

4. Decide: Fast forward to (2012) What items will we focus on to improve our
