Retrospective - Pride

Here's to a colorful and inclusive retrospective! This is a retrospective board where the team can touch upon:

• Starter: How can we be more inclusive, diverse and open as a team?

• Colorful: Things that were a success this iteration

• Not so colorful: Things that could've been better this iteration

• Colors we need: Things that we want to bring into next iteration

• Action items: Things to improve to next iteration + ability to vote with voting hearts

The timeboxing for this session depends on the team size, but I'd prefer 50-90 (ish) minutes sessions.

Tips! While your team is writing the notes, make sure to play some music in the background (like lo-fi beats) :)
