Retro Friday the 13th

This Retro is inspired by today's date, Friday the 13th! Fitting to the day, I designed a Jason Voorhes-inspired Retro. As usual, it consists of

1. A Mood-Checkin

2. The Teams evaluation of what went good/bad this sprint

3. The Teams evaluation of what needs to be done the upcoming sprint

4. And the decision of the sprint name, a fun way to end the sprint
