Research Plan

In this template we will guide you to create a Research plan that all stakeholders will like: A one-page document easy to understand by all who consult it.

With this template, you will be able to create a plan that:

• Helps you have meaningful and personalized communication with your stakeholders,

• which will generate alignment and transparency and which will be actionable, clear, and concise.

Steps:

1. Detect who the stakeholders are,

2. detect which research objectives you must cover, and

3. plan the research.

Once you complete this template, you can share the board with the stakeholders of the most influence and interest to be aligned before you begin to refine the tasks further. Once you are all aligned you can refine the activities as you usually do in the team and add them to JIRA or the tool you use to have control of your tasks.
