Set your project timeline by adding and removing columns as needed. Each column represents a specific time frame (e.g., weeks, months). Add or remove swimlanes to represent the teams involved in the project.
Customize the template by adding or removing cards for individual high-level tasks. Then, duplicate the project bar on the bottom of the card related to the task you want to edit. You can adjust its length in the graph to determine the kick-off and deadline of the task. Repeat this process for every task, placing them in the correct order and timeline.
