Project Pitch

Report

The Project Management GameBoard is bringing you an easy peasy template to get your key stakeholders up to speed on your project. This template will give you a way to 'pitch' your project to ensure you get the resources, buy-in, budget and support you need to be successful.

If you are a project manager, a subject matter expert with a great idea, or a project leader of a key corporate project this template is for you! It will get people engaged in your idea and provide you with invaluable feedback.

We've broken your pitch into 5 easy steps:

  1. Warm-up - prep your project problem statement and pitch meeting agenda

  2. Scope - walk through your project priorities and definition of success

  3. Time - present a high level range estimate of the project duration

  4. Budget - outline the budget range and key assumptions

  5. Bring it home - get your stakeholders to give you feedback on your 'pitch'
