Project Overview

This project template provides a space where a project team can outline the overview, stakeholders, timeline, and status updates of any project.

The project overview is broken down into categories including problem, proposal, outcome, deliverables, inputs, change management, experiment, and notes.

Stakeholders are categorized by DRI, key contributors, sponsor, contributors, and informed. There is space to indicate a specific comms plan for each group.

The timeline section is split up into 9 touchpoints in 3 phrases.

The status updates section allows the team a space to keep track of important notes and action items with the suggestion to update sticky note colors according to the progress. Additionally, there is a section for accomplishments, issues, risks, blockers, etc.
