Project Compass Canvas

Report

The Project Compass Canvas is a simple yet powerful framework to align teams before a project begins. It helps secure buy-in, spark collaboration, and create clarity by answering seven essential questions:

  1. Purpose – Why are we doing this project?

  2. Impact – Who are the stakeholders and how are they affected?

  3. Sponsorship – Who are the sponsors and what support do we need?

  4. Deliverables – What tangible results will this project produce?

  5. Plan – What are the key milestones and timeline?

  6. Resources – What people, tools, or materials are required?

  7. Risks – What potential challenges could impact success?

By walking through these steps, teams become co-creators of the project, building shared ownership and setting a strong foundation for success.

Since childhood, I’ve been fascinated by how things work. I studied aeronautics, moved to Germany, and consulted for Audi, Bombardier, and Airbus. But I saw a pattern—tech projects failed because they ignored the people behind them. That’s when I found my true passion: bridging tech and people. Design thinking changed everything, and now, with AI, we can innovate faster while keeping a human touch. Join me as we explore tech, design thinking, and AI to create what truly matters.
