I support agile software development teams to realise their full potential and continuously improve. Together with the team, I discuss challenges in a solution-oriented way to come up with ideas and find and use the biggest levers. It is important for me to move from "doing agile" to "being agile". And that's what I try to exemplify as a Scrum Master and bring into the teams.
